Poise Skin & Wellbeing offers free local collection, free local delivery within 2 miles of the treatment room, and UK delivery for product orders.

How product orders work

Product orders are grouped and sent to the supplier in one weekly bulk order every Sunday.

Orders included in the Sunday supplier order are expected to be available for collection, local delivery or UK dispatch from the following Wednesday, subject to supplier availability and delivery to Poise.

Orders placed after the weekly supplier order has been sent may be included in the following Sunday order.

Free local delivery

Free local delivery is available within 2 miles of Poise Skin & Wellbeing in Groby.

Local delivery is available once your order has arrived from the supplier and is ready to go out.

Availability is checked at checkout based on your delivery address. Local delivery is by arrangement.

UK delivery

Orders can be shipped from the Poise treatment room once they have arrived from the supplier.

UK delivery is £5 on orders under £50.

UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more.

Dispatch

Delivery times begin once your parcel has been packed and passed to Royal Mail.

Supplier availability, bank holidays and Royal Mail delays may affect delivery times.
