This website is operated by Poise Skin & Wellbeing. Throughout this website, “I”, “me”, “my” and “Poise Skin & Wellbeing” refer to Poise Skin & Wellbeing.

By using this website, purchasing products or making a booking through it, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any other policies that apply to your purchase.

I aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, ingredients, sizes and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

Product packaging, colours or appearance may occasionally differ slightly from images shown, including where a manufacturer updates its packaging.

I reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and update product information where necessary.

All products are subject to availability.

Products offered through the website may be:

• physically held by Poise Skin & Wellbeing;
• available for direct fulfilment by a brand such as Katherine Daniels; or
• supplied through another trusted UK fulfilment partner.

Availability shown online may therefore reflect stock available through more than one fulfilment method.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, I will contact you and, where appropriate, offer an alternative or refund.

4. Partner Fulfilment

Selected products may be dispatched directly to your delivery address by a trusted brand, distributor or fulfilment partner on behalf of Poise Skin & Wellbeing.

Your purchase remains with Poise Skin & Wellbeing, regardless of where the parcel is dispatched from.

Poise Skin & Wellbeing remains your point of contact for order queries, cancellations, delivery problems, returns, damaged products and refunds.

Please do not contact or return products directly to a supplier or fulfilment partner unless I specifically ask you to do so.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

The total price payable, together with any applicable delivery charge, will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Where a third-party payment provider is used, that provider's own terms may also apply.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Poise Skin & Wellbeing may offer promotional prices or discount codes.

Individual promotions may be subject to conditions including:

• minimum spend requirements;
• selected products or collections only;
• expiry dates;
• one use per customer; or
• exclusions from particular products, treatments, memberships or gift cards.

The terms displayed with the relevant promotion will apply.

Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

I reserve the right to withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been an obvious error or misuse, provided this does not affect rights already acquired under applicable consumer law.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

An order may be declined or cancelled where, for example:

• the product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
• the delivery address cannot be serviced; or
• there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent or abusive use of the website or a promotion.

If payment has already been taken for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the appropriate refund will be arranged.

Some products may be dispatched directly by Poise Skin & Wellbeing and others by trusted brand or fulfilment partners.

An order containing products from different sources may therefore arrive in separate parcels and on different days.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please ensure that your delivery name, address, postcode and contact information are complete and accurate when placing your order.

UK distance-selling guidance requires goods to be delivered within 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed with the customer.

9. Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available only where it is offered as an option at checkout.

Collection availability generally depends on the relevant product being physically available at the Poise Skin & Wellbeing collection location.

Products being dispatched directly by a brand or fulfilment partner will not normally be available for collection unless Poise Skin & Wellbeing also holds local stock.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

10. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds relating to physical products are governed by the Return & Refund Policy available on this website.

Please contact Poise Skin & Wellbeing before sending a product back, particularly where the original order was dispatched by a brand or fulfilment partner.

Nothing in these Terms or the Return & Refund Policy limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or do not do what they are supposed to do.

11. Treatments and Appointments

Treatment bookings, consultations, packages and memberships may be subject to separate booking, cancellation or membership terms.

Purchasing or booking a treatment does not replace the requirement to complete any appropriate consultation or consent process before treatment.

Poise Skin & Wellbeing reserves the right to decline, postpone or adapt a treatment where it is not considered appropriate or suitable for the client.
