How do I book a treatment?
All appointments are booked through Fresha. Use the Book Now link on this website to view current availability and book securely.
Which facial should I choose?
If you’re unsure which facial is right for you, start with a Poise Skin Consultation. The 30-minute, £15 consultation includes a professional double cleanse, skin assessment and personalised treatment recommendations. Your £15 consultation fee is fully redeemable against any Poise treatment booked following your consultation.
What happens during a Katherine Daniels facial?
Your treatment begins with consultation and cleansing, then follows the steps included in your chosen facial. This may include warm towels, exfoliation, steam where suitable, light extractions where needed, facial massage, personalised mask selection and finishing skincare.
Do I need a consultation before a facial?
Every facial includes consultation before treatment. If you would like a dedicated skin assessment before deciding what to book, the separate Poise Skin Consultation gives you 30 minutes for a double cleanse, skin assessment and personalised treatment and home-care recommendations.
Are treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Treatments are consultation-led and can be adapted for sensitive-feeling skin where suitable. Please share any skin conditions, allergies, medication, recent treatments or pregnancy/breastfeeding information when booking or during consultation.
Which facial is best for dry or sensitive skin?
The Skin Reset or Signature Ritual can be a good starting point for comfort, calm and hydration. If you are unsure, a Poise Skin Consultation can help identify the most appropriate starting point for your skin.
Do you offer lymphatic drainage facial massage in Groby?
Yes. The Sculpt & Glow includes lymphatic drainage facial massage, Gua Sha sculpting and cooling Ice Globe therapy where suitable.
Do you offer Gua Sha and Ice Globe facials?

How often should I have a facial?
This depends on your skin, budget and goals. Many clients choose a monthly facial for consistent professional care. Poise Skin Society offers monthly membership options, while Skin Journey packages provide three appointments over four months.
Do you offer monthly facial memberships?
Yes. Poise Skin Society has three monthly membership levels: Essential, Signature and Complete. Each includes one eligible facial per monthly payment cycle, along with member benefits such as Katherine Daniels homecare savings and priority booking.
Do unused Skin Society treatments roll over?
No. Each included treatment must be used within its monthly membership cycle. Unused sessions expire and do not roll over, so advance booking is recommended.
What is included with Society Complete?
Society Complete includes one 90-minute Sculpt & Glow each month, 15% off Katherine Daniels homecare, 15% off eligible additional Poise treatments, priority booking and one complimentary Katherine Daniels Skin First Discovery Edit. The Discovery Edit is selected after your first treatment once your skin has been assessed.
Can I buy a package of treatments?
Yes. Three-treatment facial packages are available through Fresha and are valid for four months from purchase. If you prefer an ongoing monthly treatment, compare the Poise Skin Society memberships.
Can I buy a treatment gift card?
Yes. Poise treatment gift cards are purchased through Fresha and can be used toward eligible treatments.
Do you have client reviews or before and after photos?
Yes. You can view client feedback and model appointment examples on the Reviews & Results page. Individual experiences and skin response can vary.
Skincare and product orders
Can I buy Katherine Daniels products online?
Yes. Katherine Daniels skincare, travel sizes, accessories and gifting products are available through the Poise online shop once products are published.
Which product should I choose?
If you’re unsure which skincare products are right for you, start with a Poise Skin Consultation. Product recommendations are best made after your skin has been assessed and will be kept simple and personalised to your needs.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes. Click and collect is free from the Poise treatment room above Studio J Hair & Beauty. Product orders are grouped and sent to the supplier every Sunday. Orders included in the Sunday supplier order are expected to be available for collection from the following Wednesday, subject to supplier availability and delivery to Poise. Please wait for your ready-for-collection notification before travelling.
How much is UK delivery?
UK delivery is £5 on orders under £50. UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more.
Can I return skincare products?
Return requests can be made within 14 days. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition. Opened skincare, body care, tools and home-fragrance items cannot usually be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty.
